Physical Books
You can return unused physical books within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Books must be in original condition (unopened or unread, with no damage or writing).
- Please contact us first to arrange the return.
- Once we receive and inspect the book, we’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong book.
Ebooks
Ebooks are non-refundable.
Because digital files can be used immediately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ebooks after purchase.
How to Start a Return
