5. Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all physical book orders within the UK.
- Standard delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- We currently ship only to UK addresses.
- Ebooks are delivered instantly by email after payment.
6. Returns & Refunds
Physical books:
You may return unused books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Books must be in original condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Ebooks:
Ebooks are non-refundable.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Ebooks are licensed for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute them.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products, except where required by UK law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.
